Our in-house design facility in Cleveland has more than 50 pieces of equipment, allowing us to accommodate small quantities as well as millions of pieces. We make our own screens and have an in-house graphics department to help with all of your artwork. If we can't create your custom printed packaging at our facility, we can make it happen with the help of our partners throughout the United States.

Types of Container and Bottle Printing
The following are some of the in-house decorating services available to our clients. In addition to these services, we have partners in place to handle special projects such as Spray Coating, Spray Frosting, Offset Printing, Pad Printing, Decals and more.
Servo Decorating Machines
Kaufman Container continues to re-invest in their decorating services by purchasing servo-driven machines. The new automatic machine can handle very tight registration and is capable of five-color screen print and one-color hot stamp in-line. When it comes to choosing hot stamping foils, most of our customers are going with a metallic silver or a gold foil, but additional colored hot stamping foils are also available. In fact, due to the new capabilities, several of our customers have added hot stamping to their existing artwork. The second new machine is a semi-automatic, which is capable of three-color screen print and the ability to label in-line.
While most of our competitors require two separate machines to complete a decorating job like this, Kaufman Container only requires one machine. This allows us to offer very competitive pricing, reduced tooling costs and low minimum order quantities.
