Roger has been an active NACD member since 1975 and served as NACD’s President from 1999-2002. He is proud of the great meetings conducted under his leadership and the growth in the NACD Awards Program. He currently serves on the Board of the Henry Hoffman Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

The Seid family has been an important part of the NACD organization for many years. Roger’s father, Bernard Seid served as President from 1965-1967 and has had the NACD’s Best of Show Award named after him. In addition, Roger’s daughter, Sara Blankenship currently serves as First Vice President on NACD’s Board of Officers and Directors.

Kaufman Container’s President Ken Slater had these comments regarding this year’s show; “We are very honored to receive four awards and have our CEO Roger Seid inducted into the NACD Hall of Fame. Roger has always portrayed Kaufman Container’s “One More Thing” philosophy, which is to go above and beyond for our customers. I would like to thank Roger, all of our employees and our valuable customers for making this year’s event very special.”
