Kaufman Container receives award from Silgan

Kaufman Container recently received the Package of the Quarter award from Silgan Plastics for the Downy Wrinkle Releaser package. The package involved creating custom molds in two different sizes – 500ml and 1000ml – but with similar shapes and the same neck finish to accommodate one trigger sprayer for both units. These HDPE bottles and sprayers are pearl white in color to give the package a clean look and feel. To finish the look, In Mold Labeling was provided for a more upscale feeling. All parts of the project were managed by Kaufman Container. Silgan Plastics manufactured this custom mold for KCC.
