Package of the 1st Quarter 2008

Kaufman Container’s employees voted for the first winner of 2008, and the award for the best package of the quarter goes to Art of Beauty. Their QTica smart spa line added two new flavors to their existing line, with a redesign of their packaging components. Very few items remained in the old packaging. Changes to the line included using Boston Rounds instead of the soft touch bullets, jars from a global supplier replaced the tubes which we previously did not supply. A custom mold was designed for the disc inserts used in the jars. As we have done in the past, Kaufman Container decorated all the items, again meeting a very tight timeline, so that the line was ready to launch for their April 2008 date. Kaufman will run the other 7 flavors in this updated packaging and is also working on a custom mold so that we can supply the low profile jars which we provided the discs for. This package won for both its fresh appearance AND because of the teamwork that went into getting this product launched on time! Congratulations to all involved…
